Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PureVida's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
PureVida provides bottleless water purification systems and related services for commercial and residential customers. Our services include equipment installation, maintenance, and support.
Service Agreements
Equipment and Installation
- Equipment remains the property of PureVida unless otherwise specified in a purchase agreement
- Installation will be performed by certified PureVida technicians
- Customer is responsible for providing access to installation location and necessary utilities
Maintenance and Support
- Regular maintenance is included in rental agreements
- Service calls will be scheduled within reasonable timeframes
- Emergency support is available during business hours
Payment Terms
- Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement
- We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requesting services
- Maintain appropriate conditions for equipment operation
- Report any equipment issues promptly
- Allow access for maintenance and service visits
- Not modify or tamper with equipment
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose
Warranty and Disclaimers
PureVida warrants that equipment will function properly under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage from power surges or inadequate electrical supply
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from water quality issues beyond our system's specifications
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureVida disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureVida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
- Service agreements may be terminated according to terms specified in your contract
- We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment or breach of terms
- Upon termination, equipment must be returned in good condition
- Early termination may incur fees as specified in your agreement
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PureVida and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify customers of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
